3. Exhibition Title: Provide a clear and descriptive title for your proposed exhibition or body of work.

4. Exhibition Summary: In 3–4 sentences, introduce yourself, describe the proposed exhibition, and explain why it is meaningful to you and to visitors.

5. Artist Statement: Describe your artistic practice, creative philosophy, the themes you explore, and how they relate to this exhibition. (150–300 words)

​

6. Artwork Portfolio: Submit 3–5 high-quality images that represent the proposed exhibition. For each artwork, include the title, medium, dimensions (height × width × depth), year completed, and a brief description if appropriate. Concept sketches or renderings may be included for works still in progress.

7. Exhibition Requirements: Describe any special installation requirements, display considerations, lighting needs, audio-visual equipment, accessibility considerations, or other technical requirements required to present your exhibition.

8. Artist Sales Information: All artwork sales are processed through Moose River Studios. A 5% Artist Sales Service Fee is deducted from each sale to cover payment processing, administration, inventory management, sales tracking, artist settlements, and customer service.

9. Rental Fees: Please review the gallery rental structure before submitting your proposal. All rental fees are subject to HST.

12. Artist Agreement: Confirm that the submitted work is your original creation, that the information provided is accurate, and that you agree to the exhibition guidelines, rental terms, installation schedule, delivery and pickup dates, Artist Sales Service, and gallery policies.
