• Artist Statement: Explain your philosophy, the themes you explore, and your creative process. (Keep it concise, usually 150-300 words).

• Biography: A brief summary of your art career, notable exhibitions, awards, and relevant experience.

• Contact Information: Provide your address, phone number and email contact, and artist website if you have one

3. Project Description & Objectives

• The Concept: What are you creating, and what narrative or experience does it communicate?

• The "Why": What are the goals and impact of this project?

4. Artwork Details & Technical Requirements

• Artwork List: Include titles, mediums, dates, dimensions, and descriptions of the planned or completed pieces.

• Visuals: Provide high-quality images, concept drawings, or renderings of your artwork.

• Logistics: Outline any specialized lighting, space needs, installation requirements, or AV equipment.
