Agreement

The Artist agrees to:

• Exhibit the artwork described in the accepted exhibition proposal.

• Deliver and remove artwork during the scheduled installation and dismantling periods.

• Ensure all artwork is exhibition-ready, including appropriate hanging hardware or display supports.

• Participate in Gallery Hosting throughout the exhibition or arrange a suitable substitute.

• Allow Moose River Studios to process all artwork sales during the exhibition.

• Pay the Artist Sales Service Fee of 5% on all artwork sold during the exhibition.

• Maintain insurance for all artwork, display materials, and personal property.

• Comply with the Exhibition Policies published by Moose River Studios, which form part of this Agreement.

Moose River Studios agrees to:

• Provide the agreed gallery space for the exhibition period.

• Provide basic installation assistance where available.

• Promote the exhibition through the Moose River Studios website, social media, and seasonal programming.

• Host an Artists' Gathering on the first Friday of the exhibition.

• Process artwork sales during public gallery hours.

• Provide the Artist with a sales statement and payment within 30 days following the exhibition.

Cancellation

Gallery rental fees are refundable, less a $50 administration fee, if written notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days before the exhibition start date.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the exhibition are non-refundable unless Moose River Studios is able to rebook the exhibition period, in which case a refund may be issued, less the administration fee.

Photography Permission

The Artist grants Moose River Studios permission to photograph the exhibition, artwork, and exhibition-related events for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, newsletters, and printed materials.

Acknowledgement

By signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Exhibition Agreement and the Moose River Studios Exhibition Policies.
