About the event
The Grand Hall at Moose River Studios is more than a gallery—it is a place where ideas are shared, stories are told, and meaningful connections are made through art. Set within a beautifully restored heritage church in rural Nova Scotia, the Grand Hall offers three distinctive exhibition spaces designed to celebrate artistic excellence, support emerging professional artists, and honour Indigenous perspectives.
We invite artists to submit exhibition proposals that reflect the depth and diversity of contemporary visual art. Whether your work explores personal narratives, the natural world, cultural traditions, social issues, or new ways of seeing, we are looking for exhibitions that invite visitors to slow down, reflect, and engage with the stories that art can tell.
Proposals are welcome from emerging and established artists working in all visual art disciplines, including painting, drawing, sculpture, fibre art, photography, printmaking, ceramics, glass, mixed media, and installation. Solo, collaborative, and curated group…
